I must say that Vince Wong the used car sales rep was very courteous and professional. My wife seems quite pleased with her car. This is the second car that we have purchased from Richmond Hill Lexus. It was a pleasure to do business with the used car sales manager and the rep. I think the manager's name was Chris. Not too sure.
